We give you the choice and control over your support team and recognise the importance of trust, familiarity and friendliness between the Participant and each member of their team.
Coming into a Participant’s home means that the Participant has to retain complete control. We encourage open and honest communication and will never question any request by the Participant for a change of worker.
We truly understand that Participants are not defined by their disability but by their personality and each are complemented with consistency, warmth and rapport from their specialised Support Workers.

Our experienced Support Workers undergo a stringent recruitment process (one that recognises the value of lived experience - something other Service Providers ignore) and offer exceptional wealth of knowledge, experience and empathy to our Participants. In fact, most of our support workers are either tertiary educated or currently studying at university or college.
We have a strong belief in the benefit of continued education and support our employees to pursue any formal qualification that may interest them.
