Supports Collective Australia are seeking experienced Support Workers who can provide consistency, warmth and rapport with our Participants but also offer professionalism. We seek people who are reliable, friendly and trustworthy and who can offer an 'above and beyond' approach.

Supports Collective Australia recognises the value of both formal and informal experiences. We also recognise the value of lived experiences – often something that other Service Providers ignore.

We offer excellent rates of pay above the Award wage and are lovely to work for, even if we do say so ourselves! All applicants must have a car, drivers' license and comprehensive car insurance in addition to mandatory documentation for disability work.
